NITHIN
The self/YouTube taught pizza chef is me Nithin Reddy. I’ve been unprofessionally cooking my whole life but since I moved to Buffalo 3.5 years ago, I decided to learn how to make my favorite food in the world… PIZZA!!
From buying pre-made doughs and sauce from Aldi to getting my own pizza oven and making everything from scratch, I’ve come along way. That being said, maybe the treasure is the friends we made. Insert my best friend and the brains behind the operation… well at least our number 1 fan.
Meet Skyler my 3-year-old doggo who as you can see will very much try and snatch up a slice. I promise your pizza is safe. He’s our mascot inspiration and good boy of the shop. While he may eat anything and everything I swear he goes extra crazy for our Pizza.
